Wolf Gold is Pragmatic Play's wilderness pokie and one of the most played slots in Australia by name. It combines a straightforward 5x3 grid with 25 paylines, a money respin feature and three fixed jackpots, and the mix has made it a staple at every casino that carries the provider's games. For Australian players, wolf gold real money play and the demo version are both a single search away.
The game works because it is easy to read: the paytable is simple, the bonus triggers are obvious, and the jackpots give every session a target.
Theme and Layout
The reels sit under a starry sky over the American plains, with cougars, buffalo, stallions and eagles among the symbols. The wolf is the highest-paying symbol and the wild, and the full moon is the scatter. It is a 5x3 layout with 25 fixed paylines and a bet range that starts low enough for casual play.
The wild substitutes for all symbols except the scatter, and the game uses a giant 3x3 symbol in the Blazin' Reels free spins, which can fill an entire block of the grid with one emblem.
The Money Respin Feature
The standout feature is the money respin. Landing six or more moon symbols anywhere on the grid triggers it, and every moon locks in place with a cash value attached. You receive three respins, and each new moon that lands resets the counter to three.
The respins end when the counter runs out, and every visible moon pays its value. The real prize sits at the top: the feature includes three fixed jackpots, Mini, Major and Mega, and filling the grid with 25 moons wins the Mega jackpot at 2,500x the stake. The fixed jackpots are one of the reasons wolf gold casino players keep returning to it.
Free Spins
Three or more full moon scatters trigger five free spins, with the Blazin' Reels adding the giant symbols. The round can retrigger, and the combination of the 3x3 wolf with the jackpot feature makes the bonus the place where the game produces its top results.

RTP and Volatility
The published wolf gold RTP is 96.01%, a solid figure for a medium-high volatility title. The base game returns steady small wins, the respin feature lands reasonably often, and the free spins carry the larger payouts. It is a balanced profile that works for both short sessions and longer runs.
Where to Play Wolf Gold in Australia
The game is available at every licensed offshore casino with a Pragmatic Play library, in demo and real-money form. The full best online casinos Australia comparison includes those operators, and the main pokies hub listing compares Wolf Gold with the rest of the catalog.
The money respin is worth testing in the demo, since the 25-moon grid is the part players dream about and the part that happens rarely. Real-money play should come with a deposit limit, because the respin feature can take a while to land. For fast banking, the complete PayID pokies Australia selection covers sites with instant local deposits.
Frequently asked questions
What is the RTP of Wolf Gold? The published RTP is 96.01%. The game sits at medium-high volatility, so the base game pays at a steady rate and the free spins and money respin features provide the larger results. The figure is a long-run average across many sessions.
How does the Wolf Gold jackpot work? The money respin feature includes three fixed jackpots: Mini, Major and Mega. Filling the grid with 25 moon symbols wins the Mega jackpot at 2,500x the stake. The jackpots are fixed, not progressive, so the values stay constant rather than growing with play.
How do I trigger the money respin? Land six or more moon symbols anywhere on the 25 paylines. The moons lock in place with cash values, you receive three respins, and every new moon resets the counter. The feature ends when no new moons land, and all visible moons pay out.
Is Wolf Gold a high volatility slot? It sits at medium-high. The base game produces frequent small wins, while the free spins and the respin feature carry the larger payouts. The profile suits players who want a mix of steady action and the chance at a jackpot.
What is the maximum win on Wolf Gold? The Mega jackpot pays 2,500x the stake, which is the game's stated maximum win. Reaching it requires the money respin grid to fill completely, which is rare. The Mini and Major jackpots pay less but land far more often.
Where can I play Wolf Gold for real money? Licensed offshore casinos with Pragmatic Play libraries that accept Australian players host the game, and a practice version sits at the same sites for demo play. Confirm the casino's licence and payout methods before depositing, as you would at any operator.
